Euphoria care is a responsive online therapy platform. We provide timely and affordable access to a network of professional therapists that help you address your mental health needs. Therapists are available to you at any time through the use of our online app.
Euphoria is a subscription based program that provides you with access to a qualified network of mental health providers, life coaches and personal trainers.
Through our screening process we match you with a therapists that fits your needs and that can help you with your identified needs.
Euphoria takes debit, credit card payments. You can make monthly payments or one time yearly payments. Paying a yearly premium does work out cheaper.
Euphoria works on a subscription basis, meaning that your subscription gives you access to services offered by Euphoria health. Currently our cost is the most affordable on the market at $225/ month or $2500/year.
Payments are deducted from the credit/debit card that we have on file and an invoice is sent to you.
Your subscription covers you for a weekly 30 minute session as long as you need it. Meeting with your therapist is dependent on your needs. You also get unlimited access to your therapist through our messaging app.
How will I communicate with my therapist
We are not a healthcare insurance service, however we have insurance companies that are partnering with us to add on our services to their offerings.
Neither Euphoria nor therapists on the Euphoria platform submit claims to Medicare, Medicaid or health insures . Services offered using this site are generally not covered by health insurance, Medicare or Medicaid.
Coverage and benefit for traditional therapy and therapy services change from one health insurance company to another and from plan to plan, but generally the following rules apply

We take your privacy and confidentiality seriously . We have built state of the art technology that encrypts your submitted data. We are also HIPAA compliant. You have the option to ensure your anonymity by using a nick name though you might find a more personable experience with using g your own details, regardless we ensure that your information is protected.

Yes. You can securely upload images of your health care records into the app.
Absolutely. We take your data and privacy very seriously. All data in the platform is encrypted and secure all the time. We are HIPAA and GDPR compliant to ensure your health records are safe.
You can simply go into your profile in the app and change your plan selection there. Your new plan selection will be effective after your next payment date.
You will still receive all your benefits by calling our toll-free number to make appointments and enjoy your services.
Non smart phone users can call in to our service desk for assistance via the 800 number
We confirm and welcome all subscribers upon registration and will assist you with any problems encountered during the sign-up process.
We help you find a care provider within our network that is best suited for your needs. We also help you change providers if you find that your current provider is not a good match.
No, this provides an additional team that is available to you on demand.
Yes you can, and your regular doctor can also join as your primary care provider.
